49ers got Sanders for this week

Niner fan here. No worries...no smack talk from me.  :)

Just FYI on Sanders.

Denvers OC is Rich Scangarello. He spent the past two seasons as the QB Coach in SF under Shanahan.

They run the same system. There are certainly some nuances that will need to be learned, but Sanders largely already knows the offense.

Peace.

I’m cool with it.  Let Jimmy G sling it to a WR he hasn’t worked with at all.

That is no disrespect to Sanders but we do play in the NFCS (where elite WRs are in abundance).  So it isn’t like Sanders is something unique to defend.

I go no problem with the 49ers working out timing and chemistry with a WR vs us

LOL.

Wasn't suggesting he'd go off. In fact my guess is he doesn't have more than 2-3 catches.

Entire 49er offense for a few weeks now has been to get the ball out fast to protect the 4th and 5th string tackles they are rolling out there. I keep reading that Jimmy isn't doing anything but people have neglected to take into account that he's leading the league in snap to pass time. That's not an accident. Its because they are trying to keep him upright until Staley and McGlinchey come back. Thats not me saying he's a great QB, I'm just sayin they have effectively been playing with an arm behind their back and there is a good chance they will continue to do so on Sunday.

This game does make me nervous. I'll be honest.

Niners fans signing up on the board. They are definitely nervous. We hardly ever see rival fans sign up before a game

To be fair I also signed up for Steelers, Browns, and Rams boards before this, but its all good.  :)

So only years the 49ers are relevant?

Nah....I like going to opposing fan boards to really talk football. No talking smack or anything. I have over 5000 posts on a Seahawks board.

Its more fun to me to be on boards of opposing teams. Its not an echo chamber.

I wasn’t implying you were.  Just think there will be a lot risk trying to do that much with Sanders this week.

I’m sure y’all will work in a screen, some easy stuff for him just to start the process of working him in.

Beating y’all is going to come down to stopping the run and limiting Kittle in terms of your offense

Both teams want the exact same thing.  The lead.  Whoever gets a slightly decent one is going to be in the driver seat
