Kyle Allen

Allen has made some fantastic passes on this drive.  The throw where he stood in the pocket and threw to olsen was very good.  The throw to Wright even better.  But he makes some bad decisions at times.   That is what rookies do.  The question is, can he improve/cut out the mistakes?  If he can, he can be a very good qb.  If not, then we will be looking for another qb in a couple of years, assuming Cam doesn't come back healthy.

Allen sporting a 99 passer rating at the time of this posting.  Only so much you can do with swiss cheese run D killing us in TOP

Packers have held the ball for 3 more minutes than the Panthers. 2 turnovers are a crucial difference maker as well as the defensive laspes.

Diversity of thought is I guess not welcome in your world.

So what are your thoughts on it then?

Quarterbacks take the heat for losses. It comes with the territory. Been hearing this nonstop for the last decade. Delhomme was beloved but got plenty of flack for turning the ball over too.

We lost because of our defense and because we turned the ball over. Some bad calls were the icing on top. Are you arguing otherwise?

He showed a lot In this game and most of it was impressive.  If anyone had said Week 2 that we would play the packers without cam and only lose by one score all of you would have said comment was insane.  Less 2 mistakes we would have won today.  The kid may not be the answer, but he is unflappable.
