Well, to be fair, that was one of our resident board nimrods just looking for attention.

What we're hearing these days comes from legit sources.

What if Tepper really is thinking hold on this blowout was an outlier in my analytics view, I know this team is unlucky we have so many injuries.  Let’s give Ron one more season to be sure. But first I will make vague rumours to show people I mean business.

Ron is done, things not sounding good for him in the slightest. I'd say the home blowout loss to the Falcons was the final nail in the coffin, but I'd expect Tepper to just let Ron ride the rest of the season out.

Wonder what will happen to Hurney.. I'd imagine he'd get the boot too, but I don't think he's been particularly awful in this second stint. Might as well just clean house though.

The fact that several are reporting he is talking to “confidants” is not a good sign for Rivera, but it’s also not a good look for Tepper as an owner.  Silence is golden, which is exactly what he should be practicing until seasons end.  I’ve said since day one he was announced as the winning bidder that I wasn’t sold and as I said yesterday, I’m still not.

Draw your own conclusions, but I think LaCanfora is probably right. Barring a huge turnaround, this offseason could get very...interesting.

Non-local hack, has no clue.

Didn't you say you only rely on local sources?

Yes if Ron was in actual trouble Tepper would say nothing to the press, just gave Ron private timetable of his expectations to be met.

This announcement is meant to have fans chill a bit with the doom talk.
