Hey now, I think Chip Kelly is worlds better than Harbaugh. Anyone have any idea how many of Chip Kelly’s innovations have revolutionized the NFL since he came in?   UCLA he’s stinking it up but I saw an article where he’s back to 29 seconds per snap instead of 15 seconds like Oregon or 22 seconds when with the Eagles.

he doesn’t have the personnel to run his up tempo so he slows it down. That’s a guy that can change.

i would totally be down with Chip Kelly.

with that being said,.. Mike McCarthy with Pat Shurmer as OC would probably more of a realistic scenario.
