First of all, they don't, Tepper is by far richer than them and the richest owner in the NFL

Jerry Jones made all of his money owning the Cowboys, prior to that, he was one of the poorer owners in the NFL

Stan married into his wealth, and his wife was richer than him.

Tepper actually made his wealth with his brain in the most competitive industry in the world.

Because a lot of rookie QBs enter their prime immediately
