No its not.  Losing is not an accomplishment, its literally the opposite of an accomplishment.

And yet there are people who still think we should keep the guy who's presided over more losing seasons than anyone else in team history.

Brilliant, eh?

I guess we'll just have to give it another five or ten years and see huh.

Once again, Hurney is a two time Superbowl winning general manager if the Patriots don't cheat (knew all of our plays before we called them) and Ron Rivera fires Shula earlier

You know I'm a pretty cynical guy, but you've convinced me.  Going to be a fun decade ahead with lots of Super Bowl wins.  Looking forward to it.

Dude, if you're gonna keep trying to credit Marty with the 2015 roster, I don't even need to respond to you. That's just absolute stupidity.

I'll give you this one question, though: Who built the losing rosters in 2011, 2012, 2018 and 2019.

Also 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009...oh, and the team that went 1-15 in 2010?

(all that losing is everybody's fault but Marty's, right?)

I would really love the Hurney hates to explain how it was his fault the Patriots were allowed to spy on us and get our entire playbook

Or are you really so naive to think we don't win that Super Bowl on an even playing ground?

We lost by 3 points, and multiple interviews with coaches and players confirmed they knew every play before we called them.

We were clearly the best/most talented team that year, and yet Hurney has 'never constructed a winning roster'.

You still won't answer who is more responsible for Apple's success, Steve Jobs or Tim Cook

Or you can live in your imaginary world where our team was great in 2015 because of Kurt Coleman and Trai Turner

Thankfully our owner disagrees

What kind of mental gymnastics do you have to do to credit Marty Hurney with not 1 but 2 imaginary SB victories.  1 SB appearance on a magical run with a plucky back up QB and a hidden 3rd round gem.  The other occurred years after his firing.

So not only did the Panthers lose both of those games but Hurney wasn't even an employee when we lost the 2nd.  Also he has never been able to cobble together a roster good enough to win back-to-back seasons.  Pathetic.

I'm not going to comment on whos responsible for what year, but that 1-15 year was directly on JR
