Just more in depth than I would have thought. One from last Summet when he was talking about modernizing passing game for LSU with concepts from the Saints. Obviously from before we knew how successful it would be. Others from this past week where he mentions how much he learned from Payton, Carmichael, and Brees.

Seems to be a behind the scenes nerd (good way) who just loves what he does.

He mentions players in space a few times. Made me think of CMC , DJ, and Samuel

Dumb question here...  Was Norv fired?  Is he still on payroll?

Fitting the system to the players instead of forcing the players to fit the system.

Just out of curiosity, has a player ever retired and immediately moved to a coordinator job in the next season?  Luke in mind, obviously, but just wondering if that has ever happened.

See that he did call plays in critical situations. I was a little worried that he'd never adjusted in-games with playcalling. There's a big difference between creating an offensive scheme and calling plays on gameday.

I'd expect his contract was up.

He wasn't the OC at season's end anyway. Scott was.

Sounds like we are missing a player.  McCaffery, Moore, Samuel, Thomas and Newton at QB (maybe) are the obvious candidates under contract currently.
