Burns - Had a great start until he broke his hand throwing a tantrum. He'll be back and will get better. Ron should have played him more. 

Little - Two concussions, nothing Hurney could do about that. 

Grier - The Turners campaigned hard for this guy according to some. Wish they would have taken him to DC with them. Still, we're stuck with him on his rookie contract, so it'll be interesting to see if he progresses under new coaching.

Christian Miller - Hurt a bunch, but looked good when he was on the field. We're getting a new Sports Conditioning staff. Hallelujah. 

Jordan Scarlett - Not sure why the Rivera/Turner brain trust never used this bowling ball of a running back. He looked good in the few times he was on the field. 

Dennis Daley - SIXTH ROUNDER from a small school, thrown into the LT spot on a terrible line. Still he looked good toward the beginning. We have to hope the new regime can get him coached up. If so, he might be a steal. 

Terry Godwin - Meh. 

 

The article is grading how much of an impact our rookies had on our previous season.

The answer was not much at all.  Hence the 31 rank.  In 3 years, I'll almost guarantee it will be in the bottom 10 of the league.

The one player who showed the most, Burns, may or may not have a natural position here moving forward.

You're correct. I wasn't commenting on the article so much as the Hurney-bashing over things that are out of his control. It's past time for him to be gone, but he can't control injuries, especially regarding guys who had no issues in college. 

I still don't understand why Jordan Scarlett disappeared after a promising preseason.

So wait, you're telling me that you deleted GJBC's entire post history as punishment for posting under multiple alts? And that a temp ban wouldn't have fixed that? Or even deleting the alts? I don't think that's how any of that happened.

Today I learned that Hurney caused Burns to get himself injured in a non-play injury...then have Rivera and Co literally not play him the rest of the season for "reasons", and was directly responsible for Little's concussions.

Hurney injured both Burns' wrist and gave Little his concussions.
