The team website now has bios up for Blackburn and Snow in addition to the ones that were already available for Rhule and Brady.

Lack of NFL experience is seriously concerning. College lifers don't inspire confidence. I always worry Rhule won't be able to work with Pros as he has no real clout.

100% agree. Giants new staff completely poops all over this staff. Never before has a new NFL coach hired this many baylor coaches in NFL history, Rhule broke it in one year. Rons deadskins have a weak staff too, but at they hired got a great DC in Jake. Powerhouse baylor, what a joke.

Norv was a former head coach, so I suppose that could have been a role since we have no one else on that front.

Panthers won't retain renowned strength coach Joe "House" Kenn, per source. Instead, it looks like Matt Rhule is bringing in some leadership from former Baylor strength/performance team. Dave Tepper liked Rhule's ideas re. sports science programming, so this seemed inevitable.

In other news, Andrew Althoff has joined the Panthers coaching staff as Director of Human Performance, per his Twitter. He's been at Baylor since 2009 and recently has been the Assistant AD for Sports Performance, which is their sports science, analytics-type program.
