Hurney has drafted talent after the first. Donte Jackson was mocked well higher than where we took him. Little was a perfect pick and he was talked about as a possible first rounder. C. Miller was projected as a second rounder.

Yeah I know we got these players because other teams knew they were trash.

He has had some blunders but I don't think he is what kept us from winning the last two years.

Rodrigue was a pretty big Rivera supporter too. She's a good reporter overall, but apparently not so good when it comes to staying objective with people she covers.

It's also fairly well known that Marty feeds information to local sources. It's a good way to make people reluctant to say something bad about you.

Marty's background was never in personnel, it was in PR. It should be no surprise that what he does best is market himself. Unfortunately, Tepper doesn't seem smart enough to be able to see through the spin job and recognize what a sh-tty job he's doing.

I like Jourdan, but she does seem to be more about the person rather than the results, guessing all of those media members are scared of getting kicked out of the room.

This is the only aspect out of all this that gives me pause about Tepper. I have to imagine Hurney is gone soon. There's no amount of homerism that can shine up this turd.

Already talking about public funds, building a new stadium, buying land in SC so he can leverage the city/county council, worried more about the business side before the football side, worried more about MLS than the Panthers so far, keeping Marty.....

I have a LOT of concerns so far.

I hear you. Unfortunately the new stadium talk has always been an inevitability on the horizon sooner or later and will only grow louder as years pass.

The naysayers will just nitpick and disagree with anything you say. They can't stand that he is here and gets respect around the.league. it totally negates the negative group speak which pervades here anymore

Maybe the people talked to dont like tepper and wanted to set him up for failure. The day hirney was announced back everything started to go downhill and you see the results now.

If I'm from another team of course I'm going to tell you I respect the guy that's led your team to perpetual mediocrity is the guy you want to keep. 

They may respect his 1st round draft ability, or his communication with players, but the rest of his skills as GM have left a lot to be desired.
