This dude is trying everything thing to level up his game.. And fight out of this slump he had been in all season..

Summer league.. Always in the the gym and now going back down to the G League .. When he didn't have to... This guy truly wants this to work and I'm hoping it does for him...

51 points a night ago... Come on basketball gods let this work out for him and the Hornets in the pro's...

Bacon is a bit of an anomaly. When he’s assertive he looks like he could be a starting SG/SF. But he just doesn’t seem like he knows what to do when he’s on the court, kinda standing around at the perimeter. Maybe it’s a coaching thing where B wants him to play a certain way and isn’t utilizing Bacon to his strong suit which is driving to the basket. It’s frustrating to watch as we have seen that he has the skills.

But my thing in this thread is giving Bacon credit for his effort trying to fix his problems.. Which is admirable...

Dominating G League talent shouldn't give anyone hope for him.  He absolutely should dominate these guys.  He's not there by choice or to "work on his game".  He's there because he sucks by NBA standards and has a bad attitude with an inflated ego, and the organization is trying to wake him up.

And what was the other choice?  Lol.

Stay on the bench and do nothing but get the small minutes every other game he was getting.. He could have stayed on the main roster been lazy and got paid.. But he decided to work on his game getting game reps instead sitting around saying woe is me.. That is commendable ..

    • "If you could change any one instant in Carolina Panther history, ... just ONE, ... what would it be? Initial gut reaction when I first thought of this question is Kasay kicks it in bounds on the kickoff, but unfortunately I still think New England wins that game even with that My second instinct was pulling Bene out before he breaks his leg in the playoffs. My crackpot theory is if he never gets hurt we win the superbowl. I refuse to go back and watch the game but at some point Peyton throw an absolute duck that should have been pick 6'd. but because we were on our like fifth outside corner he was slow to the ball. this would have completely flipped that game because I'm pretty sure Denver scored that drive and the next one was the Cam sack fumble
    • The Patriots win the 2015 AFC Championship game.
    • 1a. Drafted Tom Brady in the 5th round. 1b. Might be an unpopular opinion, but when Reid was let go in Philly, k would have fired Rivera and brought him in. It was obvious he was an offensive genius. Coaches like Reid don't come available often.
