Nah. Unfortunately, internet+current news = mayhem. I wish it was different but people just aren't capable of being reasonable or behaving themselves.

It is what it is.

Its on a lot of our minds, better to talk about it here than in the cesspool that is the TB.  Besides we have always opened this board up to talk about things that are bigger than sports, such as hurricanes and floods.  I would think this falls under same category

Fair point. I am surprised it made it this far without being banished.

TB is a train wreck because of 3-4 different posters. One of them never comments on anything football related In the main forum.

There's been plenty of scary poo to read and there will plenty of scary poo in the coming weeks, but I think it's crucial to remember that we'll get through this and that there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Bro are you really linking the extremist right wing, conspiracy hack job news paper Washington Times as some sort of evidence that we are all gonna be ok? Aren’t you the mod who throws a hissy fit and gets trigger happy with the ban button when people bring politics in to the main forum? How old are you?

If it's not a great source that's my bad. I pay literally zero attention to our media outlets. Every time I try to tune into one it feels like ingesting straight propoganda. A doctor friend posted it on FB.

Removed the link. Message stands.

I'd stay away from just about anything posted on Facebook as a general rule.....

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
