Panthers To Allow Cam Newton To Seek Trade

I just don't like how this was handled.  I feel like Cam has gotten the short end of the stick his whole time with the Panthers.  I wish him every success in whatever he does.

Right now, I'm no longer excited about the upcoming season. Maybe it's the black cloud of COVID-19 too.

I’m glad Cam was on the field the last 2 years leading us to the playoffs oh hang on

Gee I wonder why that was? Was his injuries a direct correlation of literally and figuratively putting his body on the line over and over? Nah can’t be, the team invested heavily in the offensive line consistently to make sure he was protected. Not like the staff mismanaged any injuries either. Hmmmm.

Was he being paid to be an Accountant? Or was he being paid to be a Dual threat QB. The best ability is availability and the man hasn’t been available

I think I’m done with this team. Not because they are trading him but because how they strung this along and using word play as Cam mentioned. While I do like a Teddy, this franchise is so confused and don’t have a clear direction on where it’s headed. I hope CMAC ask out. Good luck trying to get an good free agents out here with how they hav handled things so far

Do we pay the general manager to put adequate talent on the field? Talent that includes the offensive line that’s designed to protect a QB? Do we pay the coaching staff and trainers/medical staff to diagnose and treat/manage serious injuries in a professional manner?
