Corn Elder made a big boy play today

I've mentioned this before, but the Panthers this year are doing something I've never seen them do before. On smoke routes and toss plays, the closest defender is blowing up their defender and forcing the offensive player back inside.

On a quick smoke route, Corn Elder fuged up his defender and made the tackle. Vilma originally credited Jackson with the play which lmao. That was all the God of Maize.

Just my favorite thing I've seen with this team. Fox and Rivera taught the DBs to keep everything in front of them and wait for reinforcements to arrive. Snow/Ruhle have taught their guys to attack the defender and either make the tackle or force them back inside.

It's also why i don't think Jackson is long for this team.

Haven't been a fan of Corn since the Seattle debacle, but that was an outstanding play and excellent observation.  It's a welcome change.
