He's not been labeled useless or untouchable. Some people want to keep him and some would be willing to trade him. There's nothing outlandish about that.

Same thing was said about Erin Ebron before he left Detroit and led all TEs in TDs with the colts.

This was after he got paid. I think we can all agree most players performance degrades after they get their first big contract.
