True.

The Jason Garrett's, Norv Turners, Adam Gase's, etc...rarely get 2nd chances in the NFL......

Heck, just look at Carolina.

Capers, Seifert, Fox, Rivera.  I mean, literally every NFL coach.   As long as you have some success and aren't a trainwreck….NFL HCs generally get more than one shot.  But you got to have some success.

They'll probably have to go with a young guy without the huge resume and develop him for when they are ready to start building.  I can't see a top candidate looking at that situation and saying "wow, now this is appealing."  But for a young guy like Brady, it's perfect.  He has a top QB on a long-term contract to work with, and low expectations for the first couple of years, so the pressure won't be huge and he'll have time to grow.

Atlanta probably has too many pieces already in place and will want a more experienced guy who is ready now to hit the ground running.  And the Chargers probably have one of the best situations available with a QB in place with playmakers and several top defenders coming back next year.  All they really need is an improved OL to be a playoff team.  So, while they're taking a look, they will most likely end up with one of the top candidates.

Brady is a young, up and coming offensive mind who has studied under Sean Payton, produced three 1,000 yard receivers with Teddy B as his QB, and helped guide LSU to one of the most productive college seasons all time.

The point, you take the money.  The NFL continues to just hire and rehire over and over.  He will have a job in the league as long as he wants it.

If you are a great offensive or defensive mind, you will continue to get jobs, even if you took a HC gig at the Bengals and it went up in flames, if you are good, you can work.

It reiterates my point that Brady doesn't want to find himself in a position where he has a very short resume of NFL experience and a terrible first HC gig.  That's what happened to Chud.

I don't think Brady is a "Chud," but I hope he wouldn't find himself in the same situation.  It's just something I would consider.
