I think it's just for HCs and GMs.  Plenty of minority coaches in the positional ranks.

As far as I understand it, it's only for head coaches and GMs. That's it. Other promotions don't count toward comp pick consideration.

Here's another thought, though I don't know what his availability for our quarterback coach job would be.

Russell Wilson's quarterback coach for the last 3 years. Also the Seahawks receiver coach for 7 years before that.

We finished 5-11. Go fuging raid the Bucs / Saints/ Packers et al and leave our staff alone for a couple of years ffs.
