Let's say you are Deshaun Watson, bias aside, where do you want to go?

I fully expect to be berated with the "another Watson thread" jargon but I'm genuinely interested to see what people think.  And this is a reason why I really do feel we're a very probable spot, so it's going to be a wild few weeks folks.

For me?:

1. Miami Dolphins: They have a fantastic looking defense that can get me the ball in good spots, a young promising OL, and a future stud TE in Mikey G.  Not to mention a very exciting young head coach.  Solid situation.

2. San Fransisco 49ers: They've proven they can compete with the best even with meh QB play.  A defense with star talent, one of the more QB friendly HCs in the league, and a cornerstone NFL organization.  Kittle, Deebo, Aiyuk, Wilson Jr. is a very solid offensive group.

3. Carolina Panthers: Close to home but not entirely, a promising young HC, great talent sprinkled throughout (CMC, DJ, Burns, Chinn), a franchise on the upswing, good street word on team culture.  (Don't underestimate the word on the street about Rhule). Also, CMC, Anderson, DJ? I'd def want to mingle with that crew.

4. Chicago Bears: I mean, if I were a player, I'd want to be a Chicago Bear.  The legacy, Soldier Field, city, all of the above.  Nagy seems like a decent coach, but most importantly has kept them afloat with god awful QB play.  Even a 12-4 season a few years back.  Great defense, and then Montgomery, Anthony Miller, Allen Robinson, Mooney, Kmet...that could make for some exciting games.

5. Denver Broncos: Low key have the most promising WR corps in the NFL.  Fangio & that team should take a substantial leap this coming season, especially if they can get the defense rolling a bit more like it's 2015.

LA Rams -- massive market, really good team with a HC who looks like he'll stick around as a great coach for a long time. Taxes are rough there but endorsements there will more than outweigh that and I think he'd win at least one SB there. Niners would be a close second for similar reasons (but I like McVay much more than Shanahan), all other teams after that wouldn't even be close.

Yeah, I just overall find this interesting considering the no trade clause, in large part because Watson has much say (possibly even more) that the Texans at this point which is rare as hell in the NFL.  That's why this perspective is important to consider.

Rams are a low key great spot for Watson.  The Goff situation has quietly been falling apart and they're trying to rid themselves of that contract.  He looked really bad this past season.  Don't know what's going on there.

Objectively speaking, he liked a post linking him to the Jets, and there is the report out there that that is his priority destination...  I can't figure that out at all.  I dont know why any player would want to do that, unless you were a diehard Jets fan growing up, or your agent was steering you there, and even then it makes no sense to me.

Miami makes sense.  Beautiful city/weather, up and coming team and young coach, and seems like the organization is on the right track.  But then again, in both instances, if some of the reasons he wants out of Houston is political/cultural stuff, which I believe I read somewhere, Johnson and Ross don't have exactly glowing recommendations either...

Now us...  we have youth, a promising young HC, and a new owner who has shown a tendency to let his players be who they are, even politically.  We are the professional team of his college region (that sounds weird, but you know what I mean), close to home, and again, seem to be an up and coming franchise.

Atlanta, although his hometeam, is in a weird transitional state with a new coach and no established culture aside from being known for huge collapses.

To me, it really should come down to us and SF, but supposedly SF is really interested in Stafford, buy I'm sure with the official request coming from Watson now, that'll shift to him.

I think the Rams could be players for Stafford but I don't think they have the cap space to absorb Watson while also dealing with Goff's cap blow.

I think you nailed the top two, but I'd put the Colts #3, us and the Broncos 4a and 4b and the Bears wouldn't be on my list. Sorry, I just think Nagy is a hack.

I think he's great at fundamentals but tends to make a few obvious bad decisions that outweigh all the good.  He can't get out of his own way.  A bit like Rivera but less archaic in philosophy.

It's nothing short of baffling. Outside of the Texans, the Jets are probably the biggest organizational dumpster fire in the league right now.

    • My father played Defensive End at Ohio State so naturally my kid is a huge Ohio State fan to go along with his being a huge Gamecock fan due to my ties to the school but last year he swore up and down we needed to draft Stroud number 1. I don't know if it was just being an Ohio State homer or what but he kept watching video after video of highlights and said Stroud was the future for us.  This past season he now claims we should have taken Rattler with one of our later round pics due to him saying he will be one of the huge steals of the draft and will be NFL ready within one season if it takes that. He said if Bryce busts completely we would have a future top QB to turn the team over to with Rattler taken in the fifth. From his prediction last year I'm starting to believe maybe they should hire him as a consultant for a few bucks a week. Hell, he is 13. They could pay him $50 a week for consulting and he would would think he is rich!
    • Yeah we know he is short blah blah blah. I don't have a ton of faith in Young to be the guy or the future but damn that joke is older than the why the chicken crossed the road.
    • Ultra Air Cooler The Ultra Air Cooler has a water tank that holds 550ml of water, this is then used to create the cooling effect. The air is cooled via evaporative cooling, which takes place when water absorbs warmness from the surrounding air, causing the water to evaporate and the air to chill.     OFFICIAL WEBSITE: https://besthealthtopic.com/ultra-air-cooler/   FACEBOOK : https://www.facebook.com/GetUltraAirCooler/ https://www.facebook.com/UltraAirCoolerCanada/ https://www.facebook.com/people/Ultra-Air-Cooler-Revolutionary-Cooling-Solutions/61559701024589/ https://www.facebook.com/people/Ultra-Air-Cooler-Canada-USA-Reviews-Ultra-Air-Cooler-Portable/100093713934891/   JIMDOSITE : https://ultra-air-cooler.jimdosite.com/ https://ultraaircooler.jimdosite.com/   READ MORE : https://granadinistas.ideal.es/news/ultra-air-cooler-reviews-shocking-truth-ultra-air-review-don-t-wa https://granadinistas.ideal.es/news/ultra-air-cooler-review-are-the-complaints-about-this-portable-co https://ultraaircooler-f5e8c4.webflow.io/ https://ultra-air-cooler-reviews-f97f60.webflow.io/ https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/eb6230ee-6c21-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://uoc-sandbox.powerappsportals.us/en-US/forums/general-discussion/57879f48-6d21-ef11-a296-001dd8095c57 https://ultra-air-cooler-offer.webflow.io/ https://ultra-air-cooler-price-256e00.webflow.io/ https://medium.com/@ultraaircoolerusa/ultra-air-cooler-72bd02d61dc3 https://zenodo.org/records/11437921 https://aaltodatarequest.microsoftcrmportals.com/en-US/forums/general-discussion/7091849c-6621-ef11-a81c-6045bddd9c49 https://exclusiondev.dynamics365portals.us/forums/general-discussion/94b5af1c-6721-ef11-a296-001dd8097855 https://narede.clicrbs.com.br/articles/ultra-air-cooler-reviews-update-may-2024-customer-truth-exposed https://granadinistas.ideal.es/news/ultra-air-cooler-reviews-hidden-dangers-exposed https://granadinistas.ideal.es/news/ultra-air-cooler-reviews-update-may-2024-customer-truth-exposed https://uoc-sandbox.powerappsportals.us/en-US/forums/general-discussion/09819a9f-6921-ef11-a296-001dd8095c57 https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/35523072-6c21-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://ocsheriff.dynamics365portals.us/forums/general-discussion/aaa65bfb-6b21-ef11-a295-001dd804e445 https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/77c0c55d-6d21-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://ultra-air-cooler-canada.company.site/ https://chillwell-portable-ac-ca.company.site/ https://medium.com/@ultraaircoolerca/ultra-air-cooler-canada-3d7ccc45ae55 https://ultra-air-cooler-canada.webflow.io/ https://ultra-air-cooler-canada-reviews.webflow.io/ https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/aa778571-ca18-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/b6a87b4d-cc18-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://ultra-air-cooler-canada-reviews.company.site/ https://thecontingent.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/87ba487f-c818-ef11-9899-6045bd0a3f12 https://thecontingent.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/01664b21-ca18-ef11-9899-6045bd0a3f12 https://nycourts-dev.powerappsportals.us/forums/general-discussion/dfd1ce15-ca18-ef11-a73d-001dd809778b https://mec.high.powerappsportals.us/forums/general-discussion/ba53d003-cd18-ef11-a73d-001dd801df76 https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/2aae6e01-ce18-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://nycourts-dev.powerappsportals.us/forums/general-discussion/c52724c7-ce18-ef11-a73d-001dd809778b https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/09769e0e-cf18-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c   RELATED TAGS: #UltraAirCooler #UltraAirCoolerUnitedStates #UltraAirCoolerOrder #UltraAirCooler2024 #UltraAirCoolerReviews #UltraAirCoolerReview #UltraAirCoolerOffer #UltraAirCoolerTrial #UltraAirCoolerWebsite #UltraAirCoolerPrice #UltraAirCoolerIngredients #UltraAirCoolerBenefits #UltraAirCoolerPrice #UltraAirCoolerFree #UltraAirCoolerToBuy #UltraAirCoolerCost #UltraAirCoolerStore #UltraAirCoolerBuyNow
