I don’t have to prove it to you. Or anyone else here that’s the thing. The clues as to why I know this are everywhere. But more importantly a lot of it is just common sense IF you know the strength of their relationship.

You want proof that he would get advice from Cam on Cam’s former team? You can read more about their relationship

Hell Cam damn near got Deshaun to go to Auburn, but thankfully for me he was already committed to Clemson.

You can draw your own educated guesses as to what Cam would tell him about Carolina and Deshaun is a grown man he didn’t go to Auburn like Cam wanted so in theory he could come here. But he ain’t.

Go back to your first post and highlight all of the "I think" phrases.

That is what is referred to an an opinion. Added a link so you could research it.

Eh Cam won a championship on every team he played for before entering the league and even took the Panthers to the Super Bowl with a personal MVP. Deshaun is still trying to get there.

Watson is the much better QB. And he has a contract.

Newton doesn't get extra credit for getting in trouble and transferring to community college.

Right now he is yes. But he’s still trying to reach Cam’s legacy. If they both retired today Cam has the better career. Deshaun needs to get there and he will. Look we’re talking about my two favorite guys in the NFL until Trevor comes.
