third string tight end Kory Sperry, sure to be the latest in a long line of faceless tight ends that shred the Panthers

Forgive me if I am wrong but aren't the Panthers in the top 10 against defensing against TE's this year (yardage wise)?

I think they have only given up 370 yeards and 4 TD's which is half of teams like Minnesota, Philly and the team you are facing which is the worst in the league at defensing TE's (yardage wise)...

Dolphins - 666 yds allowed, 4 TD

Vikings - 662 yds allowed, 7 TD

Eagles - 661 yds allowed, 5 TD

Falcons - 646 yds allowed, 4 TD

etc....

Even last year I think there were 16 teams worse than them defending against TE's. They are not as bad as people portray them to be agianst TE's.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
