Good question!  I first thought that Shi was destined for it but it didn't materialize during camp or preseason.  Only General Rhule knows the answer to that.

Isn't Shi supposed to be back in a couple weeks?  I imagine he will take over PR duties full time once hes back healthy.  Either that or they're planning on signing another returner.

I'm not sure what is the plan to be honest.  I failed to see a pattern on special teams with who started where.
