It wouldn't surprise me in two years or so, if LaMelo does develop and hit his potential, that MJ and Mitch look at JB like the Warriors did Jackson and send him packing in favor of someone else that they feel can get the team over the hump.

We have seen some development but if Borrego is going to remain stubbornly resistant to giving his younger players minutes he will just become another Steve Clifford and talent like LaMelo will simply move on elsewhere.

Obviously no Leonard and Ibaka for the Clips tonight, they’ll also be without Marcus Morris.

Hornets will be without Washington and potentially Plumlee.

On a side note, let’s look at the below:

Player 1: 20.62 (PER)

Player 2: 13.65 (PER)

Player 1 is Nick Richards and Player 2 is Mason Plumlee. It’s time to give Richards more burn.

      What do you want to see come out of the 2024 season the most?

      I want the conversations at season's end to be more about what else we need to build onto the foundation to be playoff contenders and less about the fultility of drafting yet another QB and hiring yet another coach because as long as Tepper is the owner, it doesn't matter what this team does.
