Did Rhule ever answer post game?

About why he attempted to go for 2 when a XP made it a 1 score game?

or all those poo play calls late by his best friend that made no sense? The exact same type Joe Brady called?  Same horrific situational stuff.  Plays designed short of the sticks, all go routes, etc?

I really hope it's just setting into him that he's a dead man walking.

If OU and/or ND called, he really should've pursued.

Notre Dame and Oklahoma probably didn’t want to call him after watching the garbage he is responsible for this season.

Ruhle has been such a disappointment as a pro coach that he has damaged his resume and future prospects. Will have to take a poo college job again and start over.

He'll probably have little issue getting at least a Baylor level job. He was playing with house money jumping from Baylor to the NFL. It wasn't like he was ditching a perennial powerhouse. There are no shortage of Baylor level jobs every year.

We were down 15, we scored, we were going to need a 2 pointer at some point and the logic says you go for it after the first TD so that if you dont get it you decide if you need the onside or not. However it was a false start and we had no choice kick after that. THIS IS WHAT WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT??!!

You’re right, sir!

Hell Baylor don’t need him back they just won the B12 and with Texas and Oklahoma out of there in a couple years it’s gonna be between them and Okie State every season. Baylor is a good job. You can coach there for 10 years before anyone bothers to investigate whether or not you are covering up sexual assaults and crimes committed from your star players.

You kick the XP.  You make it a 1 score game.  That’s basic game management.

You fail to covert and you give yourself no shot as it remains a 2 score game.  you prevent your team from having a shot to win.

The false start forced Rhule into the correct call.

It’s typical Matt Rhule.   And it’s why he is pointless.   Just like a new OC was pointless if Rhule is here.   Same horrible situational stuff was called late in the game.

This is heavily supported by analytics. You have to make a 2-pt conversion at some point. When you try it shouldn't drastically change it's chance of success.

You are trying the 2-pt before the 1-pt to get your mandatory but uncertain plays out of the way early, so you have the maximum amount to time to adjust if it fails.

The Panthers under Rhule have actually been pretty good regarding decision making on 4th down and 2pt tries.
