Ok gotcha you have him at 6 for us then?

I was thinking trade back but fine with that

Yea sir. Correct. Although I guess they could go with Brady at LT and try and trade back and take the Iowa C. Either way we MUST get a stud on the line. I think everyone knows this. Even Rhule.

Neal won’t make it to 6 and Rhule will pick a QB with our first rounder.

I’ve seen multiple projections that have him lasting to us at 6. And if he doesn’t, we take the Iowa C or the Georgia LT. It’s all good.

"Deonte Brown isn't ready."

I don't know what his grades looked like.  He only played a few series.  I noticed him twice.

On the 4th down where Sam tried to sneak it left?  Yea, Deonte moved his man back.  Might not have gotten in the end zone, but he definitely got enough for a first.

And then this time:

The guy NOT getting pushed back into Sam's lap?  Yea, that's Deonte again.

Again, haven't seen his grades, he didn't play a bunch . . . but are you (*$@ing kidding me?

I’ve been saying that all along! Son of a bitch.

Brown will be our starting RG next year. Brady will be our LG. Evan Neal will be our starting LT, Moton RT and Eiflen C. All of a sudden we don’t have a terrible line, it’s completely doable.

I’m good with this or….

LT: Christensen

LG: Connor Williams (25 yo free agent)

C : Tyler Linderbaum (traded back and acquired a 2nd round pick)

RG: Deonte Brown

RT: Taylor Moton

This is also a valid path forward. I could get down with that.

There are options for sure man that's why it'd be hard to fug it up and that's why if anyone is up to the challenge is Rhule.

🔥(out of reactions)

I'm good with this one too like I said in other post there are actually many OL options that basically only Rhule could fug it up

Lol. True. However, by all accounts him and Fitterer had a good draft last year so…

Well the players picked may be ok but its the team building that is the issue.

Like for example we could have had the LT / G already set if we had drafted LT instead of Horn and any of a number of G's available that started and played well this year and then also Christenson if they took him as well or if not then w/e but coulda had 3 OL really and this would make sense if you are trotting Darnold out there who needs all the benefits of all the doubts coming off the Jets.

Before you completely kill the man, you have to at least acknowledge that Rhule drafted him and Christensen. Clearly he liked them and saw some potential which is starting to translate to the field

Which is what I've been alluding to. It's much too early to call any one of that draft class a bust. Rhule is just Rivera-esque², which is really disconcerting considering he's still a relative greenhorn in the pros.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
