There were rumors at Oklahoma that he played video games while teammates broke down tape. I have no idea if that’s true but it’s been put out there. I wouldn’t be surprised if he moves to baseball tbh.

ugh !  This is just unacceptable for a QB at any level.  

Film room = mental reps.  It's how guys like Brees and Brady become the consummate professionals who can pick apart any defense.  

And it's just ridiculous to say you don't need it.  Every QB could improve with better anticipation gained from film study.

It’s stupid and I think both cardinals org and fans are both concerned about it. Athleticism and arm talent only gets you so far. Hopefully this last playoff game was a wake up call for him because he has all the talent in the world to be a top 5 qb in the nfl.

I agree 100%. That can fly at the school level but he isn't going farther then making the playoffs in the NFL if that is how he is preparing. What a waste of so much physical talent.

That is the kind of player where you make a huge trade and don't look back. If they can get 2 1st for him they should take that deal...just not with us lol. Paying a guy like that $30+ million a year? Hell no thank you very much.

Switch Darnold for Mariotta and beef up our OL with FA and draft picks and we will make a huge leap in offense. By huge leap I mean from incompetent to slightly below average. If CMC stays healthy (big if) we should be middle of the pack offense IMO.
