Admittedly, I am a very passive BBall fan and not deep in the weeds with players and stats.  That said, I heard this guy in a short interview a while back and came away very impressed.  IMO he is a player coach.  He seems to be a natural leader which is something I believe the young team needs.   
 

it is a snap judgement based on a 2 minute sample size so I could be completely off base.
