Unfortunately for CMC and Jon Beason since someone posted him they both were plagued by non contact injuries. They were also usually deep tissues / ligament injuries. In a game like football, if you are injury prone and it isn’t due to the hits and or violent nature of the game, it’s probably a side effect from increased PED usage. Users end up pushing their bodies past their natural limits and things like ligament tears, sprains and strains, pulled muscles etc, become increasingly more prevalent.

I remember reading a study done about the correlation between steroid usage and non contact injuries in the NFL and the risk for players who abused PEDs was significantly higher. Sorry, but just looking at McCaffrey and Beason, those guys don’t look natural and both have suffered numerous non contact injuries through their NFL careers. Some guys frames just can’t support the added muscle mass along with the speed and agility needed to be an NFL player. Connective tissues just start tearing and popping.

Both of them have supreme genetics that most people would never understand. Perfect storm created them and their genetics enable them to look or perform as they do much easier than any average person. I've been around it most of my life and know guys who never used yet had superior genetics and looked as if they did then knew guys who used like crazy and never achieved what Beason and CMC could. Most NFL players are natural genetic freaks and would stick out in a crowd anywhere. They are the absolute best of the best and the biggest genetic freaks of the genetic freaks. I seriously doubt either of them use or used.

you can bet your life if cmc went to Belicheck, mcvay, or Peyton etc…he would’ve been working in the slot day 1 and worth every penny

the panthers can add him to the waste bucket with Luke and cam…at least that is impressive

Now he’s a PED user because he’s beefed up over the course of 5-6 years? Y’all are hilarious. FWIW, you can sustain injury from playing in one of the most physical sports without steroids.

Can’t imagine why most of you didn’t become a sports MD or at the very least a GM with all your wealth of knowledge.

Yes cmc had some injuries, but I think he also got shut down early twice because the season wasn't going anywhere. Him not playing would only result in a higher draft pick.

Unpopular take: but that seemed like rhule took care of the health and longevity of his players over 1-2 wins.

Or cmc is just injury prone and will never have a full season, who knows. Just wondering how many players make it through a season without any missed time.

You imply Luke's career was wasted, but he will most likely go down as a Hall of Famer. The team also won a lot of games during his tenure.

put him at slot WR already with a couple handoffs here or there

he would still be one of the leagues most dangerous weapons in the slot

Honestly that's were he needs to go at this point in his career. Use him as a WR and spell back.
