Our #1 goal needs to be getting PP specialists in the off-season. That way we won't have bums like Necas and kotkaniemi on our PP turning it over and refusing to take open shots

Necas will be fine. He’s having an off year.

It's hard to pinpoint because all of our top guys go MIA

Alright. We’re out boys. Should have started Freddie in 6. Later hockey gents we’ll recap tomorrow.

Easier said than done. I still don't think he is anywhere close to being 100% ready. I guess the question is do we think 60% healthy Freddie would have been better...

Raanta really didn't play that bad tonight. No chance on the 2nd goal and the first goal was tough because of the screen. I would have liked it if he peeked out to his left instead of right before Fox shot it, but that's a tough save regardless. Again, this team has shown that when they don't score the first goal, they completely abandon their game plan and just turn to poo. Just zero mental toughness and discipline

You start koch in game 6 if Freddie isn’t ready. You can sack the game. And if he was ready knowing he was the starter he probably would have played a lot better. Raanta needed that time to rest he was injured, a lot, and he still put a few games through. Starting Raanta was the dumbest thing possible.

Telling your team "hey boys, we are going to throw this game away so we can rest Raanta" wouldn't go to well in the locker room. Pyotr shouldn't be playing at all unless something like tonight happened with raanta getting hurt

This team isn't built to chase games that's for sure.

Untrue. We aren’t built to beat high standard goalies. We aren’t also built to beat the refs missing mutiple penalties. I wanna see Aho, Staal and Marty on the stand tomorrow.

    • They should let the Texans rebrand as the Oilers and force the Titans to be the Pelicans.
    • I couldn’t summarize it any better, dude let his ego run wild and it cost us, I remember this idiot wasted a season and was non committal about cam being a franchise qb, then he went to the Giants and ran them into the ground too
    • I was watching the game last night (actually 330am) and they brought up that Aiden Fisher calls out the plays the other team is running.  This of course reminded me of Luke.  I haven't followed Indiana football at all but I wonder that the Huddle thinks of him as a future Panther Linebacker Aiden Fisher's pro prospects are promising, with a strong track record of performance and potential for success in the NFL. His ability to read the game and make plays with precision, combined with his leadership and physicality, make him a valuable asset to any defense. Fisher's development at Indiana and his selection as a first-team All-Big Ten linebacker in 2024 further solidify his status as a top prospect for the 2026 NFL Draft   Thoughts?
