Is it me or it’s been a long time since that has happen? We didn’t have a single 4pm home last year.

Why are we kowtowing to these west coast teams, are they that desperate for tv ratings.

It's quite simple, really.  Since they are west coast teams, if the game started at 1:00 EDT, it would be 10:00 AM on the WC.  So they move the game to 4:00 so it will be 1:00 there when the games starts.  This way, all the church goers will be home for the start of the game.

It's just an oddity in the schedule that we have 2 west coast teams at home in consecutive weeks.

The point of home team advantage is the make the away team less comfortable. We should’ve started at 1pm.

    • Apparently CSW lost his starting job to Thornton last year. If he can stay healthy I bet Thornton keeps that NB position.
    • I member him staying after practices with only to see he was wearing heavy weight vest, one of his trademarks. He also put in 10 years, right? People forget he was the ST stud that called the snap and made sure everyone lined up right. He was one of the "glue" guys that bought his "lunch pail" to work.... He was a willing solider, all teams need a couple of them. He blocked for sooo many panthers RBs- Davis, lane, Williams, foster, goings and when there was huge injuries he took over the starter duties and had a couple 100 yard games. If you followed hoover, he took the perfect RB path cause he was just a slow heavy one himself....
    • Walker likely depends on a couple of things. What exactly did Dan promise him, to start with.  How much other interest he actually had for a starter job at high pay is another question. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility that he could stay on as a swing tackle waiting to take Moton’s spot when it opens.    I can’t get myself to consider Icky as a viable anything until we see him back on the field.     Hunt seems to be a team player and good guy but I don’t think he is worth what he is being paid. I have him tentatively earmarked for cap causality in the near future.
