The reason he is a little lower on my "tier" list is the Steelers have been what you are describing for 30+ years...he's just not screwed it up.

That said, Wouldn't surprise me if this is the least amount of playoff games won in any 10 year period of their last 50 years?

It looked pretty rough at the ends of both the Knox and Cowher reigns... just saying.

They always beat the poo out of us too. We have beaten them exactly one time in franchise history in a game that counted. 1996 when Chad Cota intercepted Kordell Stewart in the end zone to clinch the NFC West title.
