I've tried to explain this to people here before.

QB effectiveness (championship caliber) from worst to first.

Running QB not a good passer 

Dual Threat QB good runner good passer but not elite at either 

Pocket passer elte passer average to below average runner 

Mobile QB elite passer and above average to good runner. Allen Mahomes Rodgers etc

 

I'll take a Pocket guy I want a Mobile guy.

Do not want dual threat or Running QB
