I guarantee you there's going to be a play in the next couple weeks that this sets up. Some kind of deep shot to the motion side when teams start biting up on the sweet pass.

One factor. Another may be that if you pressure Mahomes he runs  so you try to keep him in the pockets and make him throw underneath, etc.

KCs poo is open underneath because Pat is a walking  TD, he can score from any spot on the field at any time, genius.  They respect him deep.

Pj is doing what he is asked to do.  Mahomes has a much better scheme to work with to begin with. Wasn't it Mahomes who said PJs pass was the best one he has seen this year. And since it was 65 yards I think that would suggest he can throw a good deep ball.  But how many do we actually throw. PJ can be a good QB with a good system. But he isn't given the opportunities. Thank you for making my post look great compared to your uninformed stupid post.
