I’m liking this side of Stroud, now really starting to think that Day asked Stroud not to run. Very similar to the way Cristobal didn’t want Herbert running.

Coaches essentially protecting their QB’s from taking extra hits.

To be honest he had to take those runs in this situation. Idk if he is gonna run mid 3rd qrt, but mid 4th and up 3 yeah take it, burn clock in the progress not take bigger shots downfield.
