    • Great, with those 1st round picks, watch the Cowboys draft the next Micah Parsons.
    • There’s no way it will work out, it never does. See: Deshaun Watson and, going a little further back for a better comparison, Khalil Mack. Super Bowl teams aren’t built on a huge free agency splash signings. This will be more of a distraction than anything else. Unless it’s a multiple SB winning QB (and there’s only one of those right now) no one player is worth this kind of capital to acquire.
    • Hmmm... Maybe he is right, but just reading your comment (I didn't listen to the podcast) makes it sound like Davis is upset he didn't touch the ball. Honestly, our coaching staff relied on CMC so much his last two to three years, it may not have only been CMC wanting to stay on. And while getting the ball six times in a row can be unusual, CMC was the rare player that was both the best running back and receiver on the team... I just think that speaks to CMC wanting to win and knowing that he was the best offensive player on the field for us. I still envision a parallel universe where Stanford didn't run CMC into the ground and he stays healthy for us his entire time playing for us.
