It’s as if the Mannings and Luke said the same thing.

But thank god for the Huddle and it’s HOF GMs and scouts.  We can all come here and learn a thing or 2 from some real football people.

Like how we would regret Passing on Andre Dillard for a Undersized edge rusher from FSU with a spin move.

It's never this serious

This article determines that smaller people (in terms of weight) are less prone to injury than larger players--here is part of the conclusion:

"Fielding a team of 195-pound offensive linemen is probably unwise, but focusing on players at the lower end of the weight range for their positions may offer teams some modest advantages when it comes to injury prevention. All else equal, if a team has a choice between a 180-pound defensive back and a 210-pounder, they may want to go for the lighter guy."

Like AJax who was afraid to tackle and every time he forced to play physical he gets hurt?

Ronde Barber was a great tackling CB. He ranks 3rd in tackles.

His size? 5’10” 184.

Jackson is always hurt with leg injuries. Hamstrings seem to linger and most recently torn Achilles. Those aren’t typically from tackling/contact.

To be fair, there's a big difference between being the hitter vs the hittee

Ronde Barber is nearly 50 years old.  He was in his prime 1990s and early 2000s.  The game and players were very different back then.  CBs were also allowed to hold and pull.

Yeah but that response is in context. He referred to Jackson being scarred to tackle and always hurt due to his size. I showed a smaller player at the same position that wasn’t.

I get that.

I also remember "tackle monster" Eric Reid all too frequently going for a big hit and completely whiffing 😣

I’m talking about tackles and injuries at the position. Isn’t that what you were mentioning with Jackson? Holding and pulling aren’t really relevant to that conversation.
We can bring it current if you want. The top tackling DB last year was Jalen Pitre safety from Houston. 5’11 198 with 147 tackles.

    • I'm not worked up about this but I had a little beef with his reporting or whatever it is, and can’t remember specifically what it was. A year or so ago maybe. It was something about Wilks or maybe Reich, but I thought the way he presented it was pretty slanted and I disagreed with the facts as he presented them, more or less. I believe it was an audio spot with FNZ. I took note that this guy was maybe all about some kind of agenda to be distorting the reality to make a story more appealing.
    • That’s not funny. That’s people who watched Kenny Pickett play.
    • Rich people who collect Health are indeed a surprising type of leaders. It's so exciting to see it but I have no doubt that this is clear enough. Where can rookies scare up striking Health recipes? I'm working on it at this time. This would be friggin' stupid if it freaked out others. Take this information very seriously. I still hadn't found anyone to tell me with respect to this sticky situation.   https://groups.google.com/g/actiflow-prostate-health/c/3csTfO4T70g https://ocsheriff.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/5837affc-861d-ef11-a295-001dd804e445 https://bhaprod.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/6f1364f6-861d-ef11-a295-001dd80948b1 https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/chromium-reviews/c/k6H8LBL14zY https://groups.google.com/g/synogut-price/c/gk7Vuy_kDR0 https://ocsheriff.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/590538e2-881d-ef11-a295-001dd804e445 https://bhaprod.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/387bb1e3-881d-ef11-a295-001dd80948b1 https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/chromium-reviews/c/lnNwUSvAjwk https://groups.google.com/g/kerassentials-cost/c/5SLLeAVxU74 https://ocsheriff.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/e1d45d45-8a1d-ef11-a295-001dd804e445 https://bhaprod.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/a1266d43-8a1d-ef11-a295-001dd80948b1 https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/chromium-reviews/c/gVH8Ltoz_4Q  https://groups.google.com/g/pineal-guardian-brain-support/c/DRkldCEbe3w https://ocsheriff.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/e24acabb-7c1d-ef11-a295-001dd804e445 https://bhaprod.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/cecad6bd-7c1d-ef11-a295-001dd80948b1 https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/chromium-reviews/c/dnrUDyelUG8 https://groups.google.com/g/gutoptim-review/c/NYvnYEUQV4w https://ocsheriff.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/09b1fdad-8d1d-ef11-a295-001dd804e445 https://bhaprod.dynamics365portals.us/forums/support-forum/9381c5ae-8d1d-ef11-a295-001dd80948b1 https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/chromium-reviews/c/_LRPsonxaPk
