Looks like game 5 is going to be an all rook(as much as possible) game. Game 6 will be the dress rehearsal. Please let FUS be on the game 6 team. He’s still a year out in terms of his physical build but next year. Oh man. If we can get him a half dozen to dozen actual games this year…

We may have our next Svech finally. Not in terms of play style I should preface but in terms of an NHL ready youngster. FUS is much more of a young TT in play style.

Question for those in the know.

Never been to a hockey game.

Where does the "home field advantage"

come into play. Since it's so fast paced.

Like in football you get loud when the other team is on offense.

Do you do the same in hockey in like short bursts or what?

Line changes....home team gets last line change so they can force the match ups they want.

I know you've been a Panther fan for a while, but you should make an effort to see a live hockey game. It's a helluva good time.

And you'll have the opportunity to see what a pretty well-run professional sports franchise looks like, in stark contrast to the sh!tshow in Charlotte.

Even when the Canes lose, most everyone goes home knowing they gave it their best. You don't see fights in the arena, cursing the opposing fans in the parking lot, etc.

And, with the exception of a couple teams (NYR and Pens), you don't see Hurricane ticket owners giving their tickets to the visiting team.

    • Jesus my man. Save some of the ball busting for hockey hahaha
    • Don't think your comparisons are germaine. Teddy and Bryce are nothing alike. And no I am not always right  or  wrong but the difference is I let the experts inform me and follow those who do know. And after all the constant wrong takes you go on and on about just like this one, I don't feel like we are kindred souls or like minded. I will be glad to compare my takes versus yours anytime.  And have no clue what you are talking about regarding stern lectures. But I can see around here if you take a constant negative approach to everything you get a lot of support and given our track record you may be right about some things. I don't live my life that way nor do I constant like to complain like you.
    • Never, and it doesn't have to be an old grizzled vet, sometimes a vet can learn something from a young player too.   Do you not see players talking to each other between plays, quarters, on the bench, wherever, in EVERY sport? It's what players do, especially the great ones, they're always working on their craft and learning tips from others to better themselves.   So when your entire receiving room outside of one player, who has mostly played special teams in his career, has played 1 season or less in the NFL, it's not a lot of experience there in the locker room and on the sideline and is a tad concerning in regards to the proper growth of all these young WRs with great potential.
