Fox can Void 2010 year

I am one of the fans calling for Fox's head. But I will say alot of the problems this organization faces have been unfairly hung on him. He has become a scapegoat of sorts for questionable ownership. If we can question Fox's inconsistency for 8 years, we can definitely question ownerships for 15.

Sounds like typical passive Panthers front office BS. We want to fire you, but we're too big of a bunch of pussies to actually do it, so we'll hope you just go away. Grow a sack JR and make a move!

That's exactly what it sounds like. Just fire the guy. Show some balls.

i wish richardson would just sell the franchise to an owner who actually gives a poo about winning a super bowl.

Richardson does give a poo about winning a Superbowl. Where some of you guys come up with this lame excuse there? Just because he doesn't give what you want yet doesn't mean he don't care about winning it. He is just trying his best & it not easy as you think. You think it easy for him wanting to win it all? Simply: it's not. I wish some whining fans stop making up lame excuse like this. :toetap05:

It's 2010...why are we still talking about race?

Because KT is a paranoid, angry, racist, black man & he love to keep bringing up that we don't have a black QB. Hey KT, we have more black players than white on the team right now. Isn't that enough?!? This isn't the 60s anymore, so get over it & stop whining about us being racist with not getting a black QB 'cause you're being a racist more than those you claim are. Now I know why racist still exist in 2010: people like you are part of why.

KT is a complete moron. How many black QBs come through the draft every year (in response to the statement in your sig)? If we were black owned, who is to say it would change? We voted a black man as the President of the United States of America. What has changed (other than banks dropping overdraft fees)? To say the Panthers need black ownership is narrow minded and ignorant. If we HAD black ownership and I wanted a better qualified white man (not because he is white, but because he is better qualified) you would call me a racist. So for any inkling of a notion that black ownership is better is simply stupid and racist.

Oh wait, I forgot, it's only racism if the white man says something negative about a black man.

Not even Bob Johnson could argue that he's done a better job as an owner than Jerry Richardson.

an owner should be judged by 3 things;

#1- their ability to fill the stadium

#2- their ability to have a valid role/influence in their league.

#3- their ability to win a championship.

I think JR can be considered at the top of #1 & #2.

I dont know about the Bobcats owner though.. At least the Panthers are expected to do well, thats something the Bobcats are still searching for.

When you go into a season "hoping" to be a good team, its kinda the writing on the wall.

    • Actually we like to run more than most, and the dropoff isn't that drastic. We seem to be pretty much middle of the road. The Facons, Bucs, Browns and Bengals are the ones where running drops off markedly when they start trailing. Our line, like I said, is somewhat middle of the road.  As to whether or not if it's good or bad is anyone's guess by looking at this. I suspect people who like Old school football won't be upset at this at all. The thing is, we would have to know the game scripts and the situations, as running and or passing making sense is contextual. I know that I haven't necessarily been enamored with Canales's situational play calling. At the end of the day, I believe in using the run to set up the pass and the pass to set up the run, and trying to keep the opposition off balance, but I still believe that you should run it down their throats if they can't stop it.
    • Hey alright baseball is awesome.  I cheer for the Braves but I watch all 30 teams.  I pay for MLB TV and both local teams because I'm insane.🙃
    • Because he's from Charlotte, grew up a Panthers fan, and could still make amazing money as an elite LG for his hometown team. And while I think he's a quality starting LT, he's not a Top 5 type of player either.  If he could prove to be a true elite LG, the money might not be that different than what he could make as a LT anyways. I'm not saying he will, but I don't think it's out of the realm of possibilities.
