Your top 3 things to tweak during the bye.

1. Get healthy

2. Work on defensive FUNDAMENTALS. Finishing a tackle, gap responsibility, etc. Too late in the process to try and reinvent the wheel by changing schemes. Do what we do, only better.

3. Get D Will involved more in 2nd half plays. Stewart is good, but Williams is en fuego right now. Stewart's ego will bounce back when he puts that SB ring on.

Depends on who we play. They have to prepare for three different games so the tweaks will vary. But what we do we need to do universally no matter who we play? Get our line healthy on both sides of the ball. Got to help the new guys get up to speed on responsibilities since we have practice squad guys needing to contribute. And since we won't need to take time off next week to recuperate we should have more time to prepare game plans and make sure everyone knows what to do. And lastly we need to come out sharp, fast, and relentlessly.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
