Johnson or Smith would be my pick. I would say that I don't think Harbaugh should fall under "hilarious" option. He would definitely wear out his welcome within 3-4 years, but he's gotten results at every single coaching stop he's been at.

McDaniel is the playcaller in Miami and unless Tepper wants to spend historic money on McDaniel (still don't think that would sway him), I think this one can be ruled out.

I'm not really convinced Flores is an incredible coach who will win a SB, but the dude would step in here and immediately set a tone and culture that I could get behind. Although we could've just done that with Wilks (and still could but he'd probably tell tepper to fug off). I like Johnson and Bieniemy as options, also would be cool with Harbaugh. The others, no interest.

Flores' players absolutely hated him, and he actively surpressed Tua's development.

We don't need him anywhere near Bryce considering they are very similar QBs in terms of play style.
