Reich is awful horrible hire I never understood why you hired a guy who was fired just last season.... I only meant too bad on Carr because we would still be in the running for #1 overall and had our picks + DJ

This. We're all in on Bryce for at least another year and that's going to significantly impact our head coaching search.

What's done is done and honestly it wouldn't make sense to give up on him after one season, getting better guard play is critical as is getting some weapons.

If I'm interviewing for this gig I'm not taking it if I'm married to Bryce. Like look, I get it based on the investment already made and lack of immediate draft resources we need to try to put the best team we can around Bryce and give it a go next year. But it absolutely needs to be an evaluation year on whether or not we need to be back in the QB market again in '25. If Tepper balks at that or seems at all hesitant I'm out.

Married? NOPE But I do think you give him next season and make an effort to fortify the line and get him at least one weapon.... worst case scenario he doesn't improve and we get anther chance at a QB in the top 5....
