What a game by Bryce

Dalton threw the ball 58 fuging times to get those numbers...lol 58 times. That's almost 3 full games of Bryce's attempts in 1 game and he barely got over 300. Not nearly as good as you guys are trying so hard to make it out to be. 58 attempts. sheesh.

Not only twice the the attempts

But the team he was facing physically had their Backups starting at CB.  With both Starters Out that game.

But the box score watchers won’t tell you that.

Bryce has had less than 30 attempts only twice all season. You guys are moving the goal posts and ignoring the fact the Panthers couldn't run the ball increasing the passing attempts.

As far as judging the QB performance based on the talent level of the opposing defense that cuts both ways fellas. The Packers gave up 452 yards of offense to a Baker Mayfield offense last week.

If you want a discussion it helps to be consistent in your stance.

Admittedly I turned it off at half time

I'll have to go back and look.

Me too.  I was at a Christmas party and most of us went outside at halftime and started playing corn hole.  We were having a good time and forgot to check back in for the second half. It looked like Green Bay was going to run away with the game any way by halftime.  Besides, it was gorgeous day outside!

Chubba averaged 2.7 yards. Sanders 1.0 today. Don’t know what this rushing offense you’re implying we had today is coming from. If you’re gonna try to call people out on a shaky argument and say they’re ignoring the facts, you should probably…ya know… check your own facts.

Are people complaining about Bryce today? Really? Y'all are liars. You said you were rooting for him to turn the corner. You said you'd be happy if he showed anything to give you hope that he could lead the offense and be our franchise QB. Now you're finding every reason to minimize his best performance. Ridiculous...

Why are people bringing up the Dalton game? Are we going to ignore Howell getting absolutely outplayed by a vet backup today against the same defense with the same weapons? So it took Young 3 months to get up to speed the same as a 14 year veteran? These are rookies/2nd year (Howell) QBs, developing them is still a process.

It’s never been about Bryce.  Its always been about people wanting to stroke their egos and say I told you so!

It’s an ego thing. Let them hold onto a week 3 Dalton start

Chuba moved the chains with some strong runs at crucial points in the game and he got in the end zone. Diminishing him now after weeks of saying our run game sucks seems no different than the Bryce Young criticism you speak against.

Not diminishing anything. Just giving literal facts from today’s game. If you want to add helpful context, I’m all for it. Some on here could benefit from doing that a bit more instead of being overly emotional.

Well now that you mention Sam. His new low performance today could serve as a cautionary moment to us about not getting too wrapped up in individual games for a young QB. He has at times this season looked like a promising possible franchise QB for them. Now look at how low he's sunk. Sounds a bit like a rerun of Taylor Heinicke from last year.

Let's see how Bryce and this offense perform the next two games. Hopefully we continue to move forward and move the ball well. But let's not kid ourselves. It is possible we see another step back to some degree.
