yes in this scenario bryce is throwing for 19 yards a completion from the first quarter and not padding his stats in the 4th like he has all year

because i've forgotten more about this team than you'll ever know, have been going to the games since clemson, have my family name on the statues in front of the stadium, am (until next season) a PSL owner, and am smart enough to know there's no future with bryce at QB.

Am I the only one getting more excited about the NFL right now?

 

I mean our season is about over. The playoffs are about to start and my Ravens look like they are going to make me some extra money this winter. Life is good.

 

Shout out Maryland they have been great to me all season.

      To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.

      Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
