Not sure why you had the need to mention me lol

What receipts are you referring to?

Wasn't it you who was trying to convince me Fields was anything other than a bust a couple of weeks ago? I believe you said you were going to "keep the receipt" or some such.

Here it is.

You were trying to convince me Fields was still a good prospect because the Falcons and Steelers were interested in him.

Lol.....for a sixth round pick is the level of interest.

As I said then and as it was proved....the league also views him as a bust.

I mean I didn't know his career was over. I guess you were right.

RIP Justin Fields

Happy now?

His career as a starting QB most likely is. There is always the chance he will be a Geno Smith, Sam Bradford, etc. Those odds aren't very good, however.

I just don't understand why anyone really believes he is a starting caliber NFL QB. He has three years of showing he can't adjust to the NFL.

That guy pretends he knows everything and then completely side steps and forgets when he's called on it.

Why are you so invested in Justin Fields career?

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
