Opening 6 point underdogs to Cincinnati.

Tonight, will be the first time I've really watched the Bengals this year. Going off of averages, they have a bottom 3 run game and run defense. They have the #1 pass defense though, and middle of the pack in passing offense.

Could be one of those Steve Wilks weeks where we run the ball 45 times.

The #1 pass defense is smoke and mirrors that always happens when you can't stop the run.  They lost to the pats already.   Really wouldn't be surprised to see the upset here and I'm confident they cover the spread. Will all come down to how much we can slow down Burrow because I suspect we will be able to move the ball at will.

No lie I just had the best workout of the year. Amazing how coming off a win on a Sunday can change your energy level.

4 sets 10 reps bench 225

4 sets 10 reps curl

4 sets 15 reps calf raises

3 sets 10 reps squats

Finished it off with a 1 mile incline at Max level.

A full body workout all in a hour and I'm feeling great!

Panthers thank you!

In my opinion as a resident of Panthers Fantasyland - it's my belief that it was as many folks on the squad who would be willing to speak up about it, returning to work after the Chargers game, that forced this change over any objections the coach or owner may have had. So the players responded to their wishes and observations being valued. Maybe both sides will buy in now. Both a system and a group of players committed to it - and it's captain - are needed for it to succeed.

    • I think the ‘issue’ here is that we had two guys that clashed for several reasons. In some ways they were different, but in other ways they had a lot in common, and sadly they couldn’t see the forest for the trees. Sometimes when you have two people like that together they are either going to love or hate each other, and if it’s the latter, you need someone to mediate and hope the two individuals are capable of putting their differences aside for the common good. In this instance, they couldn’t find a way to move forwards together because I don’t think either guy wanted to play second fiddle to the other. This video basically said neither guy had the tools to bridge that gap and mend that fence, and perhaps also were unwilling to give an inch at that stage in their lives and careers. So a divorce, while unfortunate, was always likely. Do we win the Super Bowl with Smitty and Cam? Well, it’s one of life’s big what ifs for us Panthers fans.
    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
