I enjoyed the show.  It's interesting to see the idolized personalities broken completely by a light weight bootcamp.  My wife told me he was in the cast, and I just burst out laughing.

The first season, Danny Amendola really looked the part of a hard working pro athlete, but eventually he broke down.  In season two, Dez Bryant looked like a prima donna athlete who quit when things weren't going his way.

Cam, as much as I love Cam, is not cut out for this kind of activity.  He'll be one who nopes out early due to not wanting to put up with getting yelled at, or getting uncomfortable/"hurt."  He's also huge, which makes all the rope stuff they do that much harder.

I'm looking forward to watching the start of it this weekend.

His size could work against him…BUT Cam is a weird duck.  He was wired differently.  I would bet on the young Cam that could barely get dressed after a loss….that dude wouldn’t have quit easily IMO.  But that dude doesn’t exist anymore.

There's a real physical toll that playing in the NFL takes on the body.  Certain things just won't work the same, which will make some of those challenges painful and hard.  These folks are all rich and have cushy lives to return to.  I'm not saying Cam will leave first, but I can see it after a few episodes when old injuries flare up.  Or he decides he's done with it.

I don't think we have had many truly harmful, thankfully.

He is definitely a nutter, however, even by Huddle standards which is really quite the statement.

    • I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

    • Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
