Wait wait wait --- TOTALLY missed this in yesterday's OT euphoria

We DIDN'T finish last in the division like everybody was saying we would as the season progressed?

Also, look for the stadium to be overrun with fat slobs from Buffalo.  For the sake of everyone's eyes, lets hope it's a cold weather game.  Last Buffalo game I went to was an early season and there were way too many Buffalo folks in way too small pants (and not in the good way).

I know plenty of Buffalo fans. None of whom are as you describe.

Yeah it's funny. We had to go down to like the 5th tiebreaker for the division which was strength of victory (SOS of the teams we beat). Our unique wins were Oakland and Arizona (12 wins) compared to Browns and Cowboys (10 wins) for the Saints, so our strength of victory was higher. But strength of schedule is the draft pick tie breaker and the Saints was higher than ours

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
