Osi available for trade

Our 4th would be all I was willing to throw out there.

In the 2011 draft.

Speaking of which, I lost track of all the compensation given up on tonights trades but I didn't think I heard of any 2011 picks given up. Might be a little more proof that next years draft picks have a low value and the Panthers chances of pulling off a trade like last year are slim.

panthers don't want him. hurney practically said as much. they've had no talks for a trade, and hurney laughed when a reporter asked about it.

The guy is one of the best DEs in the NFL a year ago and we don't want him because he had one down year??? Give me a break...I would give our 4th rounder for him this year.

This draft is shaping up very well for us with Griffen, Tate, Benn, and Cody still on the board. I'm not a HUGE Griffen fan but he looks like he'd fit our scheme. I'd honestly rather have Cody's huge body in there...Could be the next Kris Jenkins for us. I wouldn't be surprised at all if that is the way we went. As much as I don't watn to go DL in the

2nd round...its almost a given that we will.

    • Lol Atlanta looks to have lost their young edge rusher, has no 1st round pick, a complete mess at QB, a new coaching staff… And we swept them this year. Says what they think of us.
    • I mean, you can only go so far with the propping up. When a guy's numbers are as bad overall as Bryce's you have to try to find specific niches to sell. It's just funny that they're honing in on where he's probably weakest to try to prop him up. Whether it's a pro-Bryce conspiracy or not, it echos my chief complaint about PFF's analysis for years. When your purely statistical analysis badly skews from the eye test of actually watching the games, it should be screaming at you that you need to modify your system not double down on it. PFF is awesome at compiling stats but their grade systems are highly flawed and they never seem to try to improve them.
    • Then why is Byce also last in other PFF stats?  The deep ball thrower stat by PFF can simply be flawed vs some conspiracy trying to prop up a QB on a team that a former employee now works for.  Both of these guys were also hired AFTER the Panthers had already drafted Bryce.  Trying to prop him up with a made up stat while he struggled would be a detriment to their own team honestly.
