I don't think he'll get in serious trouble, looks like the guy got in his face first and was jawing at him. On top of that, I don't think Vince has ever been in any legal trouble, especially as an adult, other than the call to cops of him being suicidal, that's not a crime though. So, I think he's generally looked at as an upstanding guy.

I hope he doesn't get in trouble b/c it looks like the guy was trying to start it with him.

Multiple sources who were inside Club Onyx tell TMZ the fight started when Vince went to take money out at the "cash cage." We're told Vince was complaining about a surcharge to withdraw money -- and that's when the manager got involved.

We're told the manager is from Oklahoma and flashed an upside down "hook 'em horns" hand signal and said "F**k the Longhorns" to Vince -- who, if you don't know, was a National Championship quarterback for the University of Texas Longhorns
