could t.o ever be a carolina panther

Jon Beason, Carolina Panthers

There's no way TO could be a Panther. Based on the fact that our ownership[ and coaches believe that the locker room is important and based on TO's history, for whatever reason, he's been a distraction the locker room.

I like that, not many leaders on a team would speak publicly like that, people obviously don't f**k around when Beason is in tha house lol.

Good to hear

Which of the Panthers rookies do you see having the most immediate impact this season?

Jon Beason, Carolina Panthers

Greg Hardy, a defensive end. He played at a high level in the SCC out of Ole Miss. When he was healthy he was considered one of the top DEs in the nation. and Brandon Lafell. He just looks really consistent through OTAs and with the WR position being open opposite Steve Smith, I look for him to really challenge Dwayne Jarrett for the starting job.

Jon, Got any tricks up your sleeve for the rookies come training camp at Wofford this year? Thanks.

Jon Beason, Carolina Panthers

I came into a photo of a particular player that if it ended up on the screen at a team meeting, he'd be pretty shocked. All you need to know is that he's wearing a speedo.

Jimmy probably has seen it only 500 times now.

whos harder to tackle deangelo or johnathan? and who do you think is the best RB in the league?

Jon Beason, Carolina Panthers

Jonathan Stewart, just because he's a complete back. He has has speed, power and he's elusive.

Ouch, I'm sure he didn't mean for it to sound like a knock against DeAngelo.

He's right, Stewart has power that DeAngelo does not have, but he would have been better off to give a more diplomatic answer like "they're both difficult to tackle for different reasons, Stewart because of his power and DeAngelo because of his elusiveness"

why, because people's feelings on the huddle forums might get hurt?

who do you think has the opinion with more weight? the fans, or some guy who has played with and against (practiced) on a regular basis?

it's not a knock against deangelo to say that someone is better than him.
