i see alot of good names posted but someone i would like to see is Russ Grimm, i think this team needs a attitude adjustment. having someone who likes to punch people in the mouth(redskins, steelers) would be a welcome sight. Grimm almost got the steelers job a few years ago and also has ties to Hurney(redskins)

I'm guessing Del Rio will be out of a job after this year, not sure though. He hasn't done well at Jax but had our defense in beast mode up here.
